Marcel Toussaint, winner of the bronze, silver, and gold medals at the National Veterans Creative Arts Festival, was one of five readers to step up to the •chance operations• open-mic at the February reading at Duff's.
Other readers were Aaron Williams, Ryan Smith, Buzz Spector, and Chris Parr.
The next •chance operations• reading at Duff's, 392 N. Euclid, will be Monday, March 25.
Featured readers will be Daniel Eberle-Mayse, Jennifer Goldring, and Treasure Shields Redmond.
Doors at 7:30 p.m.; admission $3.00.
